Tuğba Korkmaz was born in Istanbul in 1987, graduated from Department of Tourism and Hotel Management of Karadeniz Technical University.
Between 2009 and 2012, she had opportunity to develop his career in the field of hotel management by working in different positions at the İstanbul Holiday Inn Airport Hotel.
After her most recent position as Sales Manager of the Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel, she joined ÜMSA Yatırım A.Ş. team in sales department in August 2019.
As of October 2020, Korkmaz has been contuning her duty as General Manager of Hampton by Hilton Samsun

Ahmet Akcan was born in Tokat in 1972. He founded Akcanlar İnşaat in 1995 and has been active in the construction sector in infrastructure and superstructure projects including European Union projects and public works. Akcan has been working with ÜMSA Yatırım A.Ş. since 2000 and he continues his duty as General Manager of Construction in a stable manner.
He is married and has five children.
Hüseyin Özcan was born in Ordu in 1983, graduated from Department of Tourism and Hotel Management of Muğla University.
He started his hotel management career while he was a student and worked in the front office services and accounting departments of different hotel groups in the Aegean Region.
After his graduation, he worked as a Cost Control Specialist at the Maritim Pine Beach hotel between 2006 and 2009.
Between 2009 and 2012, he worked at different positions in the accounting department at Dedeman Şile and Dedeman Istanbul hotels by starting his city hotel management career.
He joined the Hampton by Hilton Samsun family in April 2015, after working as Assistant Accounting Manager in Martı Hotel Group.
He completed his Financial Advisor internship while in the ÜMSA family and was awarded the title of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor in 2018.
After working as Hotel Finance and Accounting Director between March 2017 and April 2019, he has been successfully continuing his career as Tobacco and Hotel Accounting Manager since May 2019.
He is married and has two children.
Duygu Akcagöz was born in Istanbul in 1986.
She graduated from Istanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi Faculty of Law.
She served as legal advisor to strong and leading companies and professional associations in the sector such as More Madencilik, Bayer, Global Refund, Universal Turizm, Dalgakıran Kompresör.
She has been continuing his career as a law manager within ÜMSA since April 2023.
She is married and the mother of a daughter.
